Studio Application


Dear artist artists:

We are building a waiting list of artists interested in studio space. Please fill out and return the enclosed artist questionnaire to tell us more about you and your needs. Also review the Studio Guidelines so you can evaluate the philosophy of our program.

We house around 20 studio spaces at 205 Lyndon St. Studio rents vary from $75 to $300 a month with an average space costing $200. If you are interested, please make sure that we have all your materials for our waiting list file:

2. Five jpeg images on a cd that describe your artwork that we can hold for awhile, so please do not send original materials.

3. A statement about your artwork or yourself as an artist

We strive to include a diversity of artists and media at Lyndon St. ArtWorks. If your needs are compatible with our philosophy, we will contact you as space becomes available. Thank you for your interest. We are open Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm, if you would like to stop by. Please call for an appointment or for a tour.

Lyndon St. ArtWorks, is located at 205 Lyndon St. Greensboro, NC 27401.  Lyndon St. ArtWorks provides studio spaces for artists, as well as gallery space.  The center is a co-op; members are expected to cooperate with the each other in maintaining a pleasant and productive work place that is also friendly to the public. Each member contributes to the support of a professional studio atmosphere.
